When we decided to offer a coffee, we sought out the most delicious coffees in the world that are also organically grown, sustainably produced, sourced from small farmer cooperatives (Fair Trade Certified) and roasted by a company with a positive environmental record. The coffee is roasted by Thanksgiving Coffee Company, which has produced some of the best coffee in the world for 34 years. Like estate wines crafted from grapes grown in carefully tended vineyards, the coffees come from small-scale family farms in the world's optimal growing regions and are recognized for their intensity and balanced flavor.
